Membership status is open to all currently enrolled students affiliated with Oregon Law, including those pursuing a law, LLM, CRES or other dual degree.

1. Membership is open to all eligible UO students without regard to race, color, religion, creed, nationality, age, sex, gender identity, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, physical ability, or any other consideration not directly related to effective participation.
2. Membership is determined by a currently enrolled student’s inclusion on the NALSA listserv (formerly SLATS listserve) and that individual’s intention to be a NALSA (formerly SLATS) member.
3. Member includes the right to vote in NALSA elections.
